Marilyn Monroe

With his single “Happy” still sitting atop the charts, Pharrell Williams silences his critics once and for all with the video for “Marilyn Monroe,” the second international single off his album G I R L. The Neptunes hitmaker celebrates the different women of the world in the heavily-choreographed clip.

Rocking a red hat and even one with holes, Skateboard P performs alongside his female co-stars in a red, white, and blue room, in outer space, and on a rooftop overlooking downtown L.A. The racially-diverse dancers show off their moves in choreographed scenes by Fatima Robinson.

Kelly Osbourne also makes a cameo, delivering her line on the song.

On Thursday, Pharrell plans to release a digital book. “Happy…just finished my new book. You can only read it online. I’ll tweet the link on Thursday. Hope you enjoy,” he tweeted.

Watch him salute diversity in the colorful clip.
