Ed Sheeran paid tribute to his grandfather on the emotional “Afire Love,” and today the British crooner releases yet another personal song off his sophomore album x, due June 23.
On the guitar-driven “Bloodstream,” produced by Rick Rubin, he turns to drugs to cope with his problems.
“This is how it ends / I feel the chemicals burn in my bloodstream,” croons Ed.
He will kick off his first-ever North American headlining arena tour in Seattle on August 21.
