YG and DJ Mustard are starting out the new year on a new note. The West Coast duo has put their beef behind them and made up.
In the early hours of New Year’s Day, the Compton rapper and platinum producer posted the same Instagram photo of themselves in front of two Rolls-Royces.
YG told his followers that they had officially squashed their beef. “Me & bro @djmustard squabbled up and got it over wit. 2015 is the takeover 4realz. Bless up Yall,” said YG.
Just days earlier, Mustard called out his frequent collaborator for not paying him for his work on My Krazy Life.
“I still ain’t got paid [sic] for his album! So I don’t give a fuck!!!!” said Mustard.
In response, YG claimed that he was never paid for shouting out Mustard’s tagline and his contributions to Mustard’s album 10 Summers.
The two plan to hit the studio again and most recently worked together on “2015 Flow” for YG’s album Blame It on the Streets.
