To kick off #MonsterMonday, Future unleashes a video for the Metro Boomin and DJ Plugg-produced “Mad Luv” off his October mixtape Monster.
The Freeband Gang leader brings it home to Atlanta in the Rick Nyce-directed clip, which features cameos from Jeezy, Rae Sremmurd, and Mike WiLL Made-It. He rides around his ‘hood in a black Bentley and counts his paper on the railroad tracks. He also shows his support for Eric Garner by rocking red and black “I Can’t Breathe” hoodies.
“I wanted to go back to my roots before I start this journey of creating album music,” Future told The FADER. “So I came back to Atlanta, Lil Mexico—Kirkwood—to be specific, to shoot ‘Mad Luv.'”
