Bieber is back. After 30 days spent building anticipation with a flood of celebrity endorsements on social media, Justin Bieber has finally shared his highly-anticipated new single “What Do You Mean?” The song sounds heavily inspired by his recent hit single with Jack Ü, “Where Are Ü Now?” with a pounding beat and pitched-up voices. Bieber sings about a confusing love interest, who keeps him guessing when she “nod[s] her head yes, but wan[ts] to say no.”
He will perform the song live for the first time at the 2015 MTV VMAs on Sunday.
His first album in three years is due Nov. 13 featuring contributions from Kanye West, Rick Rubin, and Skrillex.
