The saga continues. Drake vs. Meek Mill. Kanye West vs. Wiz Khalifa. And now Young Thug and Future are reigniting their feud.
Earlier today, Future announced that he would drop new music at midnight EST. Just seconds later, Young Thug made this thinly-veiled jab, believed to be aimed at Hendrix:
Future appeared to clap back with a subsequent tweet.
Then, Thugger directly referenced Future’s tweet.
He also directly referred to Future’s new project, which is set to drop the same day as Slime Season 3.
The rappers were involved in a similar feud last year. At the time, Thug likened himself to Michael Jackson and Future to Tito.
Both have new music set for release on Friday. During his Twitter rant, Thug decided to change the name of his mixtape Slime Season 3 to I’m Up. Meanwhile, Future’s project EVOL is set to premiere on DJ Khaled’s We the Best Radio.
