Fresh off the deluxe release of Free TC, Ty Dolla $ign links up with Akon for “Rhythm of the Drum,” a sex-filled selection with references to classic R&B joints.

On the melodic and raunchy track, Ty sings about trying to make a baby like Jay Z and Beyoncé before remixing classic cuts like R. Kelly’s “Bump N’ Grind” and Aaliyah’s “Rock the Boat.” Meanwhile, Akon drops a hook full of sexual innuendos.

On Friday (Mar. 25), Ty unleashed four new tracks as part of the deluxe edition of Free TC. The set features “Like a Drug,” “Westside,” the Quavo-assisted “Long Time,” and “Wavy” featuring Joe Moses. Stream it here and listen to “Rhythm of the Drum” below.
