Fabolous gets cinematic…again. After being inspired by Back to the Future with “You Made Me” and Dead Presidents with “We Good,” Fab takes on Face/Off for his new Dave East-assisted “Summertime / Sadness” music video.
In the clip, Loso and Mass Appeal’s D.E. reenact the famous John Travolta and Nicolas Cage film that was released in 1997. Yes, there’s even a digital transplant scene where the two MCs trade faces.

Meanwhile, the New York spitters rhyme about wisdom and the come-up, dropping punchlines about the streets, sex, and loyalty over a sample of Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness.”
This is just the latest single off Fab’s Summertime Shootout mixtape, which dropped in November.
