Yeezy is coming to The Meadows.

New York will have another crack at Kanye West as a festival headliner this year when The Meadows Music and Arts Festival comes to town on Oct. 1-2 at Citi Field in Queens, New York. This news, of course, follows the Governors Ball cancelation and the mob that hit the streets of NYC in hopes of a Yeezy show.

Kanye ain’t coming alone, of course. The lineup is stacked with a slew of acts, including The Weeknd, Chance the Rapper, Bryson Tiller, Pusha T, Mac Miller, Post Malone, and more. Two additional mystery acts have yet to be announced.

Tom Russell, a partner at Founders Entertainment, says organizing The Meadows has been a special hometown treat.

“Launching the Meadows Festival in Queens this fall with an incredible lineup of music, art, food and culture is a dream come true,” he said. “As a native New Yorker I grew up in awe of the innovative spirit surrounding Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. With this event we can shine a spotlight once again on this iconic neighborhood and bring with it the economic benefits, strong community partnerships and local hiring for which Founders Entertainment is known.”

The Meadows Festival falls right in the middle of Kanye’s upcoming “Saint Pablo Tour,” which starts Aug. 25 in Indianapolis and ends Oct. 29 in Las Vegas.
