Wiz Khalifa takes on Hamilton. The Pittsburgh MC interpolates the musical’s “Washington on Your Side” into a money celebration called “Washingtons By Your Side” for the upcoming Hamilton Mixtape.

“People think I got it made just ’cause I’ve got paper,” Khalifa laments on the intro. “I mean, I do got it made but it’s because I made it myself.”

Later, the Taylor Gang boss sings about how that independent spirit has allowed him to triumph.

“I did everything that I want,” he sings. “I still don’t care what anybody else think / Now I can have anything, I ain’t gon’ stunt / And I don’t feel bad ’cause I did it my way / And now they all say / It must be nice / It must be nice / To have Washingtons by your side.”

This is the latest release from The Hamilton Mixtape, which will also feature “Wait for It” by Usher, “Helpless” by Ashanti and Ja Rule, “Satisfied” by Sia, Miguel, and Queen Latifah, and “Wrote My Way Out” by Nas, Dave East, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Aloe Blacc.

The star-studded project, which also features Chance the Rapper, The Roots, Common, and more, drops tomorrow (Dec. 2).
