The “Worst Guys” are back, or so it seems.
Chance the Rapper and Childish Gambino, who collaborated on “The Worst Guys” and “Favorite Song” back in 2013, gave fans hope for a new collaboration on Monday (Jan. 2) with a photograph on Instagram.
Wearing black beside Gambino in all white, Lil Chano hinted at future material in his caption. “Hawaii then LA,” he wrote, “back to work. #roscoeswetsuit.”

Both artists are currently enjoying solo success. Chance is flying high off last year’s Coloring Book while Donald Glover recently dropped Awaken, My Love!
In 2013, the duo teamed up on “Favorite Song” off Chance’s Acid Rap and “The Worst Guys” off Childish’s Because the Internet. As fans may recall, the hashtag for “Roscoe’s Wetsuit” is a reference to Gambino’s 75-page BTI screenplay, which also starred Chano.
Fans have been asking for a collaborative project or movie based on the screenplay for years. “Childish Gambino and Chance the Rapper AKA Roscoe’s Wetsuit are going to be the new OutKast and you can hold me to that,” one fan tweeted in 2014. “Gambino & Chance are gonna release a project and it’s gonna be called Roscoe’s Wetsuit,” another fan wrote in 2015. “Remember this tweet.”
For now, however, it remains unclear whether Chance’s “back to work” caption will include Gambino. He just dropped Merry Christmas Lil Mama with Jeremih and previously stated that he’d like to work on his own debut album. He’s also reportedly hoping to make Good Ass Job with Kanye West and is set to make his film debut in Slice this year.
Meanwhile, Glover is working on “Atlanta,” Spider-Man: Homecoming, and a Han Solo Star Wars film.
