Before Big Sean shows off his “Moves” on “Saturday Night Live” tomorrow, the Detroit rapper joins host Aziz Ansari and cast member Kate McKinnon in a couple of promo videos.
In the first clip, McKinnon tries out a new rap name: “Medium Kate, sometimes Petite, depending on the store.” A perturbed Sean has to let her know, “that’s not how it works.” When McKinnon tries Short Kate, Aziz gets increasingly frustrated.
In the second ad, Sean and Ansari say they’re “ready” for the show, but McKinnon isn’t as pumped. “I have a thing,” she says. “It requires a specialist in my feet, but I will be ready if all goes according to plan.”

Ahead of the episode, Aziz also appeared in a music video-like promo for the show, backed by Sean’s “Moves” single. Covered in neon, Ansari walks through the “Saturday Night Live” set in slow motion, before gleefully telling his mom he’s arrived.
It’s going to be a big night for Big Sean, who’s making his “SNL” debut ahead of the Feb. 3 release of his new album I Decided.
“I’m hyped as hell to be performing on @NBCSNL this week with my dog @azizansari!! Wassup Kate,” said Sean.
