In the midst of touring with Drake overseas, Young Thug delivers a video for his new song “Safe.” Produced by frequent collaborator Wheezy, the track finds him rapping about snakes and his safety.
“I spend more money on security than I make to be safe,” confesses Thugger.
Meanwhile, the Garfield Larmond-directed visual finds the fashionable MC decked out in a white denim Dior jacket while roaming through an all-white hallway and sipping Drake’s whiskey, Virginia Black.
“Safe” marks Thug’s first solo release since last year’s JEFFERY project. But in the meantime, he’s been busy collaborating with the likes of Young Scooter, Birdman, and Lil Durk.
