Yeezy is coming to Calabasas High.
After selling out his latest adidas x Yeezy Calabasas collection in five minutes, Mr. West is hoping to bring his designs to Calabasas High School.
According to TMZ, Yeezy’s team recently met with school officials to pitch his idea, to design the school’s sports uniforms and re-brand the program, changing the mascot name from Coyotes to Wolves. The latter idea makes sense given his Life of Pablo song by the same name.
Currently, Calabasas has a deal with adidas, the clothing giant that owns West’s Yeezy brand. However, the school has not made a decision on the re-branding just yet.
While the schools mulls this one over, Kanye is reportedly working on his eighth solo studio album at a Wyoming mountaintop retreat. The project, once dubbed Turbo Grafx 16, is expected at some point this year.
