Xscape is Comin’ at ‘Cha television screens.
The recently-reunited quartet is set to star in a new reality series for Bravo later this year, according to TMZ.
The docu-series will follow Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris, LaTocha and Tamika Scott as they come together for their highly-anticipated reunion show at Essence Festival (June 30).
Kandi is one of the key figures on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” program, which is set to return for a new season in November. The yet-to-be-named Xscape series will air at the same time to build off “RHOA’s” buzz, according to insiders.
Mona Scott-Young, the head of VH1’s “Love & Hip-Hop” franchise, is on board as an executive producer. Tiny also joins Bravo after working for VH1 on “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle,” which recently ended.
It’s been 19 years since Xscape’s last album, Traces of My Lipstick. The quartet announced their unexpected reunion in February of this year, squashing any bad blood that existed in the past.
