Hip-hop is headed to the Emmys. Chance the Rapper, Snoop Dogg, and LL Cool J are among the nominees for the 69th Emmy Awards.

Coming off his three Grammy wins, Lil Chano earned a nod for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for “Last Christmas,” his “Saturday Night Live” ode to President Obama. The holiday-themed skit found the Chicago MC performing a Run–D.M.C.-inspired track with a cameo from Darryl “DMC” McDaniels.

Chance took to Twitter to celebrate his first Emmy nomination. “MAMA I GOT NOMINATED FOR A EMMY 😭😭😭😭 THANK YOU SNL,” he tweeted.

According to Chance, he also submitted his Muhammad Ali tribute performance from the 2016 ESPYs for an Emmy. “Funny story,” he tweeted. “I secretly submitted this for @TheEmmys for Original Music & Lyrics. Today’s the 1 year anniversary.”

Elsewhere, Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart were nominated for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program for VH1’s “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.” LL was nominated for Outstanding Structured Reality Program for his work as a producer on Spike’s “Lip Sync Battle.”

In the past, Rihanna and Akon also earned Emmy nods for their work on “Saturday Night Live.” Last year, Beyoncé scored four Emmy nominations for LEMONADE.
