PARTYNEXTDOOR is in trouble with the law.

At about 9:30 a.m. on Thursday (Oct. 5), the OVO Sound crooner and another man, Jerome Nevins of Ontario, were arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge into Canada, according to WIVB.

Officials found PND, born Jahron Anthony Brathwaite, in possession of Xanax and Oxycodone during a secondary inspection on the way into the country from the United States, according to the report. Meanwhile, Nevins was found with Xanax. Both men were given appearance tickets in Lewiston Court.

Party is currently on Halsey’s “hopeless fountain kingdom Tour.” Featuring Charli XCX, the trek is set to continue through Nov. 22 in Cleveland.

Just before heading out on the jaunt, PND released Seven Days, a seven-track collection of songs that were crafted in a week.

Party has not issued an official statement on the matter.
