French Montana and A$AP Rocky have a joint project on the way.
During an interview with Montreality, French made the big announcement. “Me and Rocky got a project,” he said. “We’re supposed to be coming out with it real soon.”
The rappers have a long history of collaborations, including “Said N Done,” “East Coast (Remix),” “Off the Rip (Remix),” and “Work (Remix).” Meanwhile, Rocky is also working on his next album, which is expected to arrive soon.
Aside from the Flacko effort, Montana is also planning a joint project with Max B, once the influential artist gets released from prison.
“I would love to see what that energy is like when Max B comes home,” he said. “Me and him will get back into the studio to do the Coke Wave mixtape. We will definitely have our shot to drop a real Coke Wave album. He’s in there. He’s loading up. I’m in the best shape of my life. He’s in the best shape of his life. That energy in there is gonna be impeccable.”
But first, Rocky is teaming up with David Guetta, Afrojack, and Charli XCX on “Dirty Sexy Money.”
