Kodak Black sings in the rain throughout the candle-lit video for his new Drake and Beyoncé-inspired buzz single, “201519971800.”

The song samples Drizzy and Queen Bey’s “Can I?” freely, with ‘Yoncé and the 6 God appearing throughout the track. Meanwhile, Project Baby raps about his mother and struggles.

“Mama told me, ‘Son, I never hear from you, cook something, you don’t even eat,'” he raps. “Mama, I’m just trying to make a mill for you, put you in a condo on the beach.”

The gloomy and rainy Sam Brave-directed visual shows Project Baby inside of his home with a storm pouring outside. However, he isn’t alone, as a curvaceous model holds his hand and keeps him company through the downpour.

Up next, Kodak is looking to release Project Baby Two: All Grown Up, the follow-up to August’s Project Baby 2, this Friday (Nov. 24). Earlier this year, he also dropped his debut album, Painting Pictures.

Currently, Lil Kodak is on his “Project Baby Tour,” which is set to run through Dec. 20 in Seattle.
