Ty Dolla $ign caps off 2017 with the video for “Side Effects,” the latest release from Beach House 3. In the Ryan Hope-directed clip, Ty reflects on his youth and romance with his then-girlfriend. He focuses on making a name for himself as an artist, while coming home to his girl every night. The couple seems happy, but the side effects soon set in. After welcoming a child, things seemingly take a turn for the worse.

Following “Dawsin’s Breek” and “Love U Better,” “Side Effects” is the latest single off Beach House 3, which made Rap-Up’s 20 Best Albums of 2017.

Ty will ring in the new year by hitting the road. He is set to embark on his “Don’t Judge Me Tour,” starting Feb. 21 in Santa Ana, Calif.
