Kevin Gates brings Baton Rouge to Watts in the video for “Vouch.”

In the Julien Soulier-directed clip, Big Gates proves that he is loved anywhere he goes. During his trip to the West Coast, he rides around the city and receives a warm welcome from the community including Compton native DeMar DeRozan.

“I’m really that, the streets a vouch, the people vouch / The jail a vouch, all the ni**as in the feds a vouch,” he raps. “I ain’t never change up, let’s get that understood / I’m in that 70805, they don’t show love in my hood.”

“Vouch” is the third of three tracks off Gates’ EP Chained to the City to receive a visual following “Change Lanes” and “Let It Sing.”
