The Queen is taking over the airwaves.
Nicki Minaj has announced her first Apple Music radio show “Queen Radio,” which is set to premiere Thursday (Aug. 9) at 7 p.m. PST/10 p.m. EST. on Beats 1.
“The new dynasty begins on @beats1official tomorrow at 7pm PT/10pm ET. AND I might have something special for you too!” Nicki wrote on social media.
During the first episode, she will conduct a live Q&A. Fans can submit questions using the hashtag #QueenRadio and win prizes including signed albums, tour tickets, and plane tickets for an upcoming listening party.
Nicki’s new album Queen was set to arrive Aug. 10, but has been pushed back one week to Aug. 17. So far, it has spawned singles including “Chun-Li” and “Bed” featuring Ariana Grande.
The rap queen is the latest artist to get her own Beats 1 radio show following Drake, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, and DJ Khaled.
