6LACK showed up and showed out with a fiery freestyle.

During a visit to “Sway in the Morning,” the Atlanta crooner flexed his MC skills while freestyling over Travis Scott’s “Coffee Bean,” on which he compared his bars to Nicki Minaj’s Queen album promo.

“It only take a couple bars for me to warm, show up, show out / All over the place like a Nicki M. rollout / Shout out to the Barbz, but don’t be in my comments / Spamming with no unicorns, fuckin’ up my conscious.”

But rapping is not new to the Grammy-nominated artist. “Ni**as think that I’m a singer till I really hit that switch / My mental dictionary is a fully-loaded clip,” he raps. “I got accolades, Grammy-nominated for my first shit / Put your best shit against my worst shit.”

6LACK is now readying his sophomore album East Atlanta Love Letter, the follow-up to his 2016 debut FREE 6LACK. Earlier this month, he dropped his new single “Nonchalant,” which follows “Switch.”
