Danger! Mystikal took a scary tumble while on stage during a recent show.

The New Orleans rapper was performing on Thursday night in Tampa when the incident took place. Within 30 seconds of running onstage, he tumbled to the floor below. In the video footage, obtained by TMZ, security helps him back up, but he was clearly in pain.

Despite the injury, he continued performing hits like “It Ain’t My Fault” for the next 45 minutes while seated at the edge of the stage. But the pain was so bad that he eventually had to cut his set by more than half and was helped offstage because he couldn’t walk.

According to a concertgoer, something was obviously wrong. Mystikal was reportedly heard saying, “Man, I need an ambulance.”

Members of his crew guided him offstage without putting weight on the injured leg. It’s unclear if he went to the hospital.

As for what caused the fall, he apparently slipped. An eyewitness says a drink fell before Mystikal’s performance and it splashed all over the stage.
