Riding on the success of his No. 1 album in the country, Drake celebrated by taking shots at a corporate gig for Microsoft Bing on Tuesday night (June 22) at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, Calif.
Drizzy, wearing a personalized letterman jacket, performed crowd favorites, as well as the Kanye West-produced “Show Me a Good Time” and a new freestyle for the first time live. He also sang “Find Your Love” and Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” because “rappers don’t get as many girls as singers do.”
The party didn’t end without him doing “Every Girl” at the request of Lil Wayne, who he spoke with on the phone earlier in the day. “He was like, man, you gotta do me a favor. I was like, what’s that? He’s like, I always wanted to perform this song at a corporate gig. And he’s like, you gotta do it for me since I’m not there,” Drake shared.
