Rap-Up.com || Video: Nicki Minaj – ‘Right Thru Me’

Nicki Minaj lets down her guard in the Diane Martel-directed video for “Right Thru Me,” the newest single off her debut album Pink Friday (due Nov. 22). Hip-hop’s Barbie, who trades in her colorful wigs for a more natural look, shows off her acting chops as she argues with her man, played by model Willy Monfret. The couple makes up by hitting the sheets and the shower in the steamy scenes.

“The concept of the video is boy-and-girl relationship drama, all of the intimate stuff as well as the fighting as well as the self-reflecting type stuff,” she told “ET” on the Los Angeles set. “It’s basically just a love story told from the perspective of a very hard girl who doesn’t want to give in but she has to.”

This is a different side to Nicki that I like to see like it entertaining hearing the different voices, and wierd faces but sometimes a break from it is cool and to see a soft suddle side to Nicki is cool. I think the vid is dope and Nicki hass a BANGGING BODY.

Good song,but the video is jus like any other video out there.Its nice but its forgettable in 2weeks.
I am not sure about the way she was singing on the chorus…could it have come out better if Ciara had done that part?Jus a thought,Nicki is a good rapper,we dont want another Drake!

wow! who is this chick because thats not nicki minaj! Thats what was running thru my head watching this. Not an over the top video, but its just right very sutle and sexy. Nickis body is on point and its entertaining enough seeing nickis soft side. Im kinda impressed with the acting I must say.
