Kodak Black Arrested for Probation Violation

Kodak Black is back in jail.

The Pompano Beach rapper found himself in more legal trouble today (Feb. 28) as he was arrested for violating the terms of his house arrest and probation. He was booked at Broward County Jail after a court hearing, where a judge discovered his violations, according to TMZ.

Sources say Black left his home without permission on at least two occasions, including a reported strip club run. He also reportedly failed to finish his mandated anger management courses. As a result, he was booked.

Kodak was released from jail on $100,000 bond back in December. He had been serving time in Florence County, South Carolina, where he is facing a criminal sexual conduct charge. “I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future,” he said at the time of his release.

Since then, he’s unleashed a slew of songs and videos, including “Everything 1K,” which featured Danielle “Cash Me Ousside” Bregoli. But he’s also been involved in some controversy, asking Lil Wayne to fight him and “eat” his “ass.”

In January, he wore a ski mask during an interview with “The Breakfast Club,” where he spoke about his pending criminal sexual conduct charge. “I take the bitter with the sweet,” he said. “I don’t even like the name of that charge, but I gotta take the bitter with the sweet. I want to enjoy the fruits of the game so even whatever, however, you know what I’m saying?”
