Iggy Azalea is ready to “Switch” it up.
With a global bounce, “Switch” finds the Aussie MC showing off her confidence. “Red light, yellow light, green light, switch,” she raps. “This is ’bout that time you recognize that I’m that bitch.”
Following a soaring bridge from Anitta, Iggy continues her confident sass, rhyming about how her “ass deserve an applause” before boasting about going topless.
“I’m still a motherfuckin’ rock star,” she rhymes. “Pop star, but I roam with the mobsters / Yacht club on the shore, eating lobster / While I’m stuntin’ in Geneva with my top off.”
Fans should expect more from “Switch.” Last week, Iggy teased the bikini-clad video, which is set to premiere tomorrow (May 19).
Along with “Mo Bounce” and the Lil Uzi Vert-assisted “Can’t Lose,” “Switch” is a precursor to Iggy’s sophomore album Digital Distortion. The long-awaited follow-up to 2014’s The New Classic is set to feature YG, Jeremih, and French Montana.
