New Music: Kehlani - 'Touch'
Hot on the heels of “Honey,” Kehlani delivers all the feels on her new single “Touch.”
Over slick and sensual production, the Oakland songstress puts her lover in a trance. “I like it when we talk, but I love it when we touch,” she sings.
Earlier today, Kehlani was nominated for her first American Music Award. She will face off with Beyoncé and Rihanna in the category of Favorite Female Artist – Soul/R&B during next month’s ceremony.
A humbled Kehlani took to Instagram to celebrate the honor. “HHHH IVE NEVER BEEN NOMINATED FOR AN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARD!” she wrote. “And to be up there with the queens of the universe is incredible and unbelievable. I see you God! thank you everyone who made this happen. I’m beyond honored and super humbled.”
“Touch” and “Honey” could both land on the singer’s sophomore album, the follow-up to this year’s SweetSexySavage.
