The Monster

Eminem and Rihanna topped the charts for seven weeks with their 2010 smash “Love the Way You Lie.” Just in time for Halloween, the dynamic duo reunites for “The Monster,” the haunting new single off Eminem’s upcoming album The Marshall Mathers LP 2, due November 5.

“I’m friends with the monster that’s under my bed/ Get along with the voices inside of my head/ Keep tryin’ to save me/ Stop holding your breath/ And you think I’m crazy/ Well that’s not fair,” sings RiRi.

In addition to Rihanna, MMLP2 also features Kendrick Lamar, Skylar Grey, and fun.’s Nate Ruess, with executive producers Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin. The deluxe adds five songs including collaborations with Sia and Jaime N Commons.

“[It’s] not necessarily a sequel, as much as it is a revisitation,” the Detroit MC told Rolling Stone of the follow-up to 2000’s The Marshall Mathers LP.

On his album release day, he will sit down for a Q&A with fans as part of SiriusXM’s “Town Hall” series.
