Drake season could be coming back around.
Less than five months after unleashing his chart-topping album Views, Drizzy has announced that he’s already working on a bulk of new music.
On Friday (Sep. 16), the Toronto rapper shared the news with fans during the Seattle stop of his “Summer Sixteen Tour.”
“I’ve been on this tour and I’m recording new music,” he said. “I’m about like maybe six, seven new songs in. Just getting warmed up!”
It’s unclear whether Drake is talking about a new solo album or mixtape. He’s also reportedly working on separate joint projects with Kanye West and Gucci Mane.
“I don’t know what I’m gonna do with it,” he added. “I don’t know what it’s going to be. But what I do know is I cannot wait to come back to the motherfu**ing Tacoma Dome and perform all that shit for y’all.”
For now, Drizzy continues his Future-assisted “Summer Sixteen Tour,” which is set to run through Oct. 16 in Newark, New Jersey.
