After premiering The-Dream’s version of J. Holiday’s “Bed” at his Yeezy Season 5 fashion show, Kanye West releases the full 17-minute bedroom anthem.

‘Ye doesn’t actually appear on the song, though he’s billed as the lead artist. Instead, it’s Dream who takes the lead, singing the track he penned for J. Holiday back in 2007.

Now retitled “Bed Yeezy Season 5,” this isn’t just a throwaway remake or an unearthed reference track, as some previously thought. Instead, it’s an elaborate version of the song, complete with instrumental portions, musical changes, and surprising orchestral arrangements.

This iteration of “Bed” worked as the soundtrack for Kanye’s Yeezy Season 5 fashion show, which was held during New York Fashion Week earlier this month. The song played as models were projected on a cube as they walked the runway.

Currently on his “Love You to Death Tour,” which ends March 2 in Philadelphia, The-Dream is celebrating the success of his Love You to Death EP and looking forward to the March 24 release of his new album, Love Affair.
