Post Malone feels just like a “rockstar” in the unofficial video for his chart-topping single, which features 21 Savage.

The entire clip is adorned by a sepia-toned vintage effect. It includes grainy concert footage, behind-the-scenes moments, and plenty of beer and smoke. Although 21 doesn’t appear in the visual, “rockstar” Posty smashes a chair and then a mic stand onstage before surfing on fans.

This marks continued success for Posty and Saint Laurent Don. It arrives just as “rockstar” goes platinum and while it continues its streak at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

The achievement also follows controversy. Last month, Republic Records was accused of using deceitful tactics to help “rockstar” gain success. The label had used a chorus loop in a YouTube video for 3 minutes and 38 seconds, the same amount of time as the full song. It earned more than 44 million views before it was taken down amid criticism.

Now, an official video for the song is expected to land soon. Last month, Malone posted a photo of himself and 21 on a video set. Dressed in all red, the rapper-singer had a Bud Light in one hand and a cigarette in the other, while looking at a monitor for playback.

“rockstar’s” success has amplified Malone’s popularity. His debut Stoney spent 47 weeks on the Billboard 200 and it is currently No. 5 on the chart. The follow-up Beerbongs & Bentleys, which is expected to feature “rockstar,” remains without a release date.
