New Music: Ciara – ‘Diva’ (Beyoncé Cover)
Ciara starts the trend by being the first major pop star to remix Beyoncé’s “Diva” for her Fantasy Ride mixtape, the prequel to her third studio album of the same name, which also contains a collabo with 50 Cent.
“I know you know about that diva diva named B. While I’m at it, I’mma tell ya ’bout this diva named C,” Ciara sings over the female hustler’s anthem.
Super C also shares with us the release date of her new single “Never Ever,” which is January 5. As Rap-Up.com was first to report, the Polow Da Don and Elvis Williams-produced record features Young Jeezy.

Beyonce\’s version is MUCH better. First of all, Beyonce can claim she is a DIVA because she is that chick. Ciara is NOT on that level, certaintly not talent wise. That\’s why in her single she couldn\’t name one thing that made her a Diva. And whisper singing definitely won\’t put you on that list.
Beyonce rode the beat much better, her voice was stronger, and she overall fits the part. Nice try Ciara but you can\’t ride on Beyonce\’s coat tails with this one!.
