Blueface Proposes To Girlfriend And Calls Out Mother After Engagement

Blueface pulled a double-play at SoFi Stadium on Sunday (Oct. 22) while the Los Angeles Rams took on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He popped the question to his then-on-and-off girlfriend, Jaidyn Alexis, and turned the VIP box into a spontaneous strip club.
Caught on video, the “Bleed It” artist knelt down in a mid-game proposal and offered Alexis a sizable diamond ring. In another clip, dancers were seen shaking their backside as the LA native threw money in the air.
Alexis’ emotional acceptance came just a month after she labeled Blue a “deadbeat dad” on social media, following the rapper’s rendezvous with ex Chrisean Rock.
Blue and Alexis’ affiance came on the heels of legal woes for the “Thotiana” hitmaker. Earlier this month, a court handed the musician three years of probation for a 2022 shooting incident.
After Sunday’s football match, the rapper’s mother, Karlissa Saffold, reacted to the engagement announcement. According to AllHipHop, an Instagram Story posted to her account read, “Did this [n**ga] propose to the maid? Oh well, it is October.”
In response, Blue clapped back by claiming she got married for financial gain and threw shade at her relationship history.
“Post yo’ ring [and I’ma] post mine. You wanna compare [booties], right, Karlissa? Let’s compare rings. Let’s see what [type of] ring that old booty got [and] what [type of] ring that new booty got. My wife gon’ always win,” he wrote on Twitter.
The artist continued, “Karlissa married a bum after all them d**ks she took. She settled for that lil’ a** ring. My wife had one d**k her whole life [and] bled yo’ whole life, clown.”
Subsequently, Blueface’s mother fired back on Instagram by defending her choices and criticizing her son’s relationship with Alexis. “Y’all, please excuse my son,” Saffold shared. “He is hurting and suffering from trying to do the right thing with the wrong person. They always take it out on the one telling the truth.”
