Ariana Grande Performs 'Jason's Song (Gave It Away)' on 'Tonight Show'

Just days after performing “Side to Side” on “The Tonight Show,” Ariana Grande returned for what could be her “favorite performance” ever.

Joined once again by The Roots and this time by Tony-winning composer Jason R. Brown, Ari rocked “Jason’s Song (Gave It Away).” Sporting glasses, bare shoulders, and a long denim skirt, Grande belted out her Dangerous Woman bonus cut for the first time.

“That was my favorite performance i’ve ever done i think,” she tweeted. “thanks @MrJasonRBrown for using my voice the way it’s meant to be heard. love you…Also.. i’ll never ever get used to performing with @theroots. what an honor. Thank you.”

Brown actually wrote the song, which is also named after him. After the performance, he shared his excitement too.

“I love making music with @ArianaGrande more than anyone can possibly imagine,” he wrote. “That was the super funnest.”

You can catch Ariana live on her “Dangerous Woman Tour,” which kicks off Feb. 2 in Phoenix. The 36-date trek travels to Las Vegas, Nashville, New York, Boston, and Los Angeles before wrapping April 15 in Orlando.
