Rap-Up.com || Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Usher on Michelle Obama’s iPod

What’s Michelle Obama listening to on her iPod? A few of today’s most popular artists are getting play in the White House.

“I like all kinds of music,” the First Lady told children of White House staff members during “Take Your Child to Work Day” last week. “I love Stevie Wonder. … I’ve got some Michael Jackson.”

She also named some artists that went over well with the young crowd. “I’ve got some Rihanna, I’ve got some Beyoncé—I love Beyoncé. I’ve got some new Usher,” she added.

Obama explained the criteria for her selections. “I love to dance, I love a good beat,” she said.

During her visit to “The Jay Leno Show” in October, she mentioned Sting, Mary J. Blige, Robin Thicke, and Herbie Hancock as some of her other favorites.

Rih stans cut the comparisons with beyonce, it doesn’t matter if yoy guys put up numbers about who sold more albums and singles being #1, the whole point is beyonce is an icon, rihanna is not on her level and will never be, beyonce can sing, beyonce can dance, which rihanna will never be able to do, just having one bunch of number ones do not define you as an artist, look at MJ, he is the greatest, did he have the most #1 songs NO. Go ask anyone in he industry for a comparison between rih and bey and ask who is the best and you guys will get your answer. I see this Bey and RiRicompetion like the one folks make with Usher and CB.Riri is never close to being Bye,just like CB is never close to being Usher.Bey’s competition shld be A.keys, not even Riri, just Usher’s competion should Ne-yo and not CB. But neither is A.keys as good as bey, nor is Ne-yo as good as Usher. So RiRi shld not even be mention as being the best. Hell, i’ll take Ciara over Riri any day.

If u look at album sales, then u’ll say Alicia Keys is the queen, and Usher is the King. She has 24 million album sold, Bey can’t compete with that neither is Rihanna. Also she holds the best first week sales with 700k, bey can only boast of 500k, and RiRi not even close.Usher has 45 million sold, best first week ever with 1.1 million. But at the end of the day put it all together, in terms of perfromance, vocals, and album sales, U can’t argue that Bey and Usher rule.

Yall need to rest @beyonce and @rihanna are two highly successful artists,and the RANGE of success is equal,@beyonces 1st five years in music is nothing compared to @rihanna,undoutably @rihanna is going to be bigger than she is. They both have strengths and weaknesses! Fact is if you gave rihannas songz to bey she wud make them DRAG TOO MUCH and less fun! Bey music to riri well 50 percent wudn’t really sound as good.they are ables to choose music that is distinct to their voices personalities and images! The queens are 2!
