Swarovski Fashion Rocks 2007 was held yesterday at Royal Albert Hall in London. Nicole Scherzinger, Alicia Keys, Timbaland, and Lily Allen were among the celebrities in attendance. Nicole looks beautiful (above). What happened to Alicia though? She usually looks on point, but that dress is a mess (photo below).
