Video: Brandy Does the Quickstep on ‘DWTS’

Brandy had a sweet week on “Dancing with the Stars.” The singer and her dance partner Maksim shared their bond on and off the dance floor by doing the quickstep to “I’ll Be There for You,” the theme from “Friends,” during TV Theme Week.
