Will Smith and Jimmy Fallon Team Up for 'Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing'

To kick off his first show as “Tonight Show” host, Jimmy Fallon welcomed Will Smith. In the tradition of his past “Late Night” skits with Justin Timberlake and Michelle Obama, the talk show host teamed up with the “Fresh Prince” for a viral segment entitled the “Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing.”

Dressed in baggy overalls and Timberlands, they ran through some famous hip-hop dance crazes—from the “Cabbage Patch” to the “MC Hammer” to the “Crank That (Soulja Boy),” ending with the “twerk.”

Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, Mike Tyson, Robert De Niro, and more also made cameos during Jimmy’s inaugural show.
