Waka Flocka Flame Arrested for Gun Possession

Waka Flocka Flame was arrested in Atlanta on Friday morning for carrying a weapon.

According to TMZ, the “No Hands” rapper was at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport when a loaded handgun was found in his bag during a security check.

Waka didn’t have a permit, so he was arrested and charged with Carrying a Weapon in a Prohibited Place. He was taken to Clayton County jail.

He didn’t address the incident on Twitter, but did tease a remix to Rich Gang’s “Lifestyle.”

UPDATE: Waka’s mom/manager Debra Antney has called his arrest a big mistake, saying he accidentally grabbed his fiancé’s bag which contained the gun. The couple is in the process of moving and their stuff got mixed up, which is how the gun ended up in his possession.
