New Music: Musiq Soulchild - 'Heart Away'

After unleashing the heartfelt “I Do” earlier this year, Musiq Soulchild returns with a cautionary tale for listeners on “Heart Away,” the latest single off his upcoming album Life on Earth.

“You just can’t give your heart away,” Musiq warns his listeners, while harmonizing over dusty head-knocking drums and a mid-tempo groove. “Be careful what you get into.”

The single comes just days after the cinematic and romantic video for “I Do.”

Soulchild’s eighth album Life on Earth, executive produced by Warryn Campbell, is set for an April 15 release.
