New Music: Jay Rock feat. Snoop Dogg - 'WIN (Remix)'
Jay Rock continues to “WIN.”
Five months after dropping his Redemption anthem, the TDE spitter delivers an official remix featuring the OG Snoop Dogg. In place of Kendrick Lamar, Tha Doggfather adds his laid-back flow, while Rock’s original verses remain intact.
“I’m on it, I want it, I get it / LeBron with the Lake Show, we did it,” raps Snoop. “Done da-da, Doggfather, drip on a bitch like cold water.”
Jay Rock is currently finishing up his “Big Redemption Tour,” which runs through Nov. 13 in Detroit. Last night, he brought out surprise guests including Kendrick, ScHoolboy Q, SZA, and Rae Sremmurd during his L.A. show.
He also hopes to release a new project before the year is up. “I’ve been thinking about that every day,” he told Rap-Up. “I’m ready to get back in the studio now… Ever since the big reviews on Redemption, I’m ready to go back in and just come with another project right now before the year is up. Hopefully, man, y’all might get that.”
