Dreamville Drops 'Down Bad' Video Starring J. Cole and Bas

  /  10.22.2019

Welcome to Atlanta.

Three months after the release of Revenge of the Dreamers III, Dreamville delivers a visual for one of the album’s standouts, “Down Bad,” starring J. Cole and Bas, along with ATL’s own J.I.D, Young Nudy, and EarthGang.

The clip shines a spotlight on the southern city as Bas and his labelmates ride through the streets in an old school whip, later meeting up with Cole on the tarmac. They showcase their city atop the Atlanta Olympic Cauldron Tower before taking off in a private jet.

“Down Bad” was one of the first songs to be released from the gold-certified compilation, Revenge of the Dreamers III, which arrived in July. The album also includes appearances from Ari Lennox, Cozz, Kendrick Lamar, T.I., Dreezy, and Smino.
