Erykah Badu

Those anticipating the sequel to Erykah Badu’s New Amerykah will have to wait a little longer.

Badu’s fifth studio album New Amerykah Part II: Return of the Ankh has been pushed to March 16, staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud can confirm. The follow-up to 2008’s New Amerykah Part One: 4th World War, featuring contributions from James Poyser, 9th Wonder, Sa-Ra, and Madlib, was previously scheduled for a February 23 release.

staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud previewed 11 tracks from the album in December, including “Window Seat” with The Roots’ ?uestlove and the Junior M.A.F.I.A.-sampled “Get Money.” Read more here.
