Drake Headlines BMI Urban Showcase

Just a year ago, Drake was an unsigned artist. Now Young Money’s shining star, who inked an unprecedented record deal last year, lent a hand to help showcase new talent by performing at BMI’s 13th Annual Unsigned Urban Showcase at the Havana Club in Atlanta on Tuesday (April 20).

Lloyd hosted the event, which was attended by Yung Joc, Big Boi, and the members of Goodie Mob. Birdman joined Drizzy on stage, but that couldn’t save his faulty set, which was marred by technical difficulties.
