Despite the loss of their dear friend and mentor Whitney Houston, Brandy and Monica remained strong and carried on with plans to shoot the video for their new collaboration “It All Belongs to Me” on Monday (Feb. 13). The R&B powerhouses, who called off their performance at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party on Saturday, joined forces on the Los Angeles set 14 years after “The Boy Is Mine” topped the charts.

Monica shared two photos from the shoot with director Chris Robinson, including one of her wearing a shirt showing a young Whitney Houston. “First shot of ‘It All Belongs To Me’ video…I’m smiling because I know my angel is with me❤Luv U 4ever Nippy,” she tweeted.

They will perform the Rico Love-produced song on Thursday’s “Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” Rap-Up TV recently caught up with the ladies during rehearsals for Clive’s party to speak about reuniting and their upcoming albums.
