Ciara stopped by The Recording Academy, home to the Grammys, in Santa Monica, Calif., for an interview and performance. The R&B singer spoke about her songwriting process and performed an acoustic set consisting of tracks off her self-titled album including “DUI,” “Read My Lips,” and her newest single “Overdose.”

“I Had So Much Fun Doing A Surprise Acoustic Performance at @TheGRAMMYs Office 4 The Staff!” tweeted CiCi, who won a Grammy for Best Short Form Music Video for “Lose Control” with Missy Elliott in 2006.
