The Game is going back to where it all began. A decade after the release of his groundbreaking debut The Documentary, the Compton MC plans to drop a sequel.

The Documentary 2 will arrive at the top of 2015, he confirmed to J Cruz and Justin Credible on Power 106. He’s calling on some of the producers who worked on his 2005 album.

“I’m going back to the Just Blazes, Scott Storches, Dr. Dres. We gon’ get it handled,” said Game.

The Documentary went gold in its first week and spawned the 50 Cent-assisted hits “Hate It or Love It” and “How We Do.”

But first, Game will release his Blood Money La Familia compilation on September 16 featuring Wale, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, and Problem.

Earlier this week, he premiered a video for the first single “Bigger Than Me.”
