New Music: Tyga - 'Cash Money'

  /  05.20.2016

Is Tyga still beefing with Cash Money? After parting ways with Kylie Jenner, T-Raww unleashes a street single inspired by his former label.

Pulling from Juvenile’s “Back That Azz Up” and Cash Money’s classic Pen & Pixel covers, King Gold Chains claims he’s “takin’ over from 2016 ’till forever.” On the song, Tyga also references his longstanding feud with his former team, one that exploded back in 2014.

“I’m paid cash money,” he raps. “Cash Money never paid me, but your boy did his thing and still made cash money.”

It isn’t all hate, though. After shouting out Lil Wayne, he also delivers these lyrics: “I’m a hot boy, free B.G. / Free Tha Carter V, let the streets eat.”
